Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026. Initial version for the pilot phase.
These terms explain what a church can expect from Exagoria and what we expect from the church. They are written to be read, not hidden.
The service
Exagoria turns content the church already produces into pieces for social media, accompanies the first conversations with those who respond, and hands each conversation to a person from the church. It is not administrative software: it does not manage tithes, membership, attendance, or finances.
The account and the content
The church owns its content and the pieces generated from it. It authorizes us to process it solely to provide the service. The church is responsible for having the right to use the content it brings in and the accounts it connects.
Human approval
No piece is published without a person from the church approving it. No conversation ends with the AI: there is always a person from the church to whom it is handed. Exagoria does not replace pastoral care; it brings it sooner.
Acceptable use
Exagoria may not be used to deceive, harass, discriminate, or collect people's data without their consent, nor for content that violates the rules of the platforms where it is published. We may suspend an account that does so.
Plans and payments
Plans are billed monthly according to the hours of teaching processed. There is a free trial period. At this stage, payment is arranged directly with the church and the plan activates once it is received. The church can cancel at any time; what was generated remains its own.
Availability and limits
We do our best to keep the service available, but it may experience interruptions, especially during the pilot phase. Publishing to social networks depends on the platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and their approvals, which we do not control.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will notify churches by email in advance. Governing law: Colombia. Contact: hola@exagoria.com.
